Stage Voice: Hi this is Stage Voice. It's nice having you here.
Stage Voice: Kindly tell us your full name.
Zee: Good evening, Stage Voice. My name is Adeniji Zainab Feyisetan.
Stage Voice: It's nice having you here Zainab.
Zee: Thank you for having me too😌
Stage Voice: Kindly tell us your state or origin and where you currently reside?
Zee: Osun State and currently reside in Lagos
Stage Voice: That's awesome. Stage Voice: So what position do you occupy in DASA?
Zee: I am the Financial Secretary of the association.
Stage Voice: That's awesome. So why did you go for it? Was there anything you wanted to change?
Zee: Yeah. Well I would just say it was just vibes and inshallah and there were times I helped my mom with some financial reports and stuff related to finances because she was the treasurer of her association then at her workplace, so we were always working on it together, so I was like why not go for this post you have a little knowledge about finances. And then I realize the office needs a person who is accountable and transparent.
Stage Voice: Wow, that's awesome. Help us thank mummy oo
Stage Voice: 🤣🤣
Zee: She go hear 😂😂😂🌚
Stage Voice: How is your relationship with other excos? Lucky to be with or it's been hell?
Zee: I love my team ooo. Team Valor Fortis for life
Stage Voice: Opoor. How is your relationship with other DSRC? Any fight occurred?
Zee: Purrrrrrrrr….. I would say calm. I no dey fight anyone ooo, I be gentle lady ooo
Stage Voice: That's good. How is your relationship with the lecturers as well?
Zee: It's been great.
Stage Voice: What are the current challenges the current administration is facing that DASAITES do not know? Esp pertaining to your office
Zee: I would say maybe the fact that people think we have millions in the association account… People not wanting to pay their Dasa dues
Stage Voice: And why do you think that happens?
Zee: Well, some people think it’s not necessary after part one they don’t need to pay again. Some people say because of when they paid to the past administrations what were they given and what is their benefits and they can’t pay dues if they don’t get the value of their money.
Zee: While some are not just interested in participating in things like that
Stage Voice: Hmmm. Actually. And how do you think we can solve this problem?
Zee: Explaining to them the importance of paying their dues, explaining to them how the funds are going to be used and what they are been used for and also send a friendly reminder and encourage people to make payment or maybe implement an installment plan
Stage Voice: Oh I think that should work. If not everybody, some will turn up.
Stage Voice: So mama zee zee zee.... Are you in a relationship?
Zee: Yeah exactly. Yes ooo. Married with four kids 😌
Stage Voice: ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Are they also schooling with you?
Zee: No, my husband is taking care of them while I’m in school
Stage Voice: Looking at the money the government is going to generate from LGBTQ, do you still think it's something that should be legalized?
Zee: Mehn. I feel generating revenue is an important consideration for the government to legalize it but is it going to reduce the discrimination and stigma??? Are they going to be able to promote equality and human rights?
Stage Voice: So what's your stand?
Zee: I feel if the government wants to legalize it they should not just do it based on the money they’re going to be generating from it
Stage Voice: Alright. What advice do you have for the incoming set of excos, and especially your successor?
Zee: Hmmm, no go promise wetin you no fit do ooo. Just do your best and leave the rest
Stage Voice: 😂😂 Oya now
Stage Voice: And your last shout-out goes to who?
Zee: My Friends and Team Valor Fortis
