Stage Voice: Good day, How have you been?
Perdo: I've done doing well.Thank you. What about you?
Stage Voice: I am doing great, Thank you. Can you please tell us about your expectations for this new semester that just began?
Perdo: Well I'll say this semester is going to be a very great one and also challenging based on the forthcoming final year project and elections. Also a lot of parties too,Coupled with academic stress too.
Stage Voice: The Lord is our strength. Talking about elections, we know you to be one of the active political activists in our department. Can you tell us about your political achievement since you joined?
Perdo: Yeah! It's been God's grace. During my part I was an honourable representing my class at the DSRC and also the Chief whip of the 2021/2022 administration, I'm also a present honourable representing the department at the Faculty of Art student representative council and also the Director of publicity for the FSRC parliamentarian summit coming up soon.
Stage Voice: Wow, this is very inspiring π, Have you been involved in a political affair before now?
Perdo: Yes, I'm a registered member of the Africa Action congress (AAC).
Stage Voice: Greatπ, before we continue, can you tell us about yourself?
Perdo: Why not, My Name is PEDRO CHARLES OLUWADAMILARE popularly know as HON.PEDRO,a part 2 student.
Stage Voice: How has your experience been in Dramatic Arts?
Perdo: Wow! I'll say it's been God all the way, really challenging but beautiful, it's the real definition of the OAU anthem "FOR LEARNING AND CULTURE" it can be exhausting but you'd definitely get the results.
Stage Voice: Yes, we will, and it will be a wonderful one. Do you have anything you do apart from being a student?
Perdo: Yes. Crypto related stuffs sha,and content creator but I stopped this for now.
Stage Voice: Alright, when you were still at them, how was the experience with your academic and business?
Perdo: It doesn't affect each other. Academic during the day business at night or mostly weekends.
Stage Voice: Well done, At the beginning of our interview, you talked about the forthcoming final year project, How do you plan to be actively involved in them?
Perdo: Yes, Been trying to do my best but you know I can't do everything,if I'm not mistaken I should be in five of them been a cast and crew in other.
Stage Voice: Can I ask you what you think about people from level 1 to level 3 involvement in the final year project?
Perdo: This is drama and we're known for being a family, part 4 can't do it alone so we just have to help them although some classes are grouped to do it.
Stage Voice: It is very important and great we help ourselves because we are one family, great π, What can you tell people in the department who want to be political active like you but do not know how to go about it because they think it will affect their Academics?
Perdo: Well I must say the two doesn't affect each other, you can simply plan your things out, politics is not a day to day running activities. But all in all it needs dedication both academic and politics.
Stage Voice: Thank you so much, Hon Perdo, for this advice to the aspiring political activist. And last, what would you like to say about the political awareness in the department?
Perdo: I'm glad to say this that dramatic art is going wild in politics and more people are showing more interest in political affair from the department to the student union level it's really amazing and i hope we keep the flag flying, I'll just want to encourage everyone to participate in politics and participating in politics doesn't necessarily mean contesting for post let's embrace politics and I promise a lot of fun.
Stage Voice: Go DASAππππ. Thank you so much for being available for the interview. It was nice having you π
Perdo: It's my pleasure stage voice keep up the good work.
