DASA ENTREPRENEUR OF THE WEEK - FEMALE

Stage voice: Hello. Good day. I am from stage voice, Can you please introduce yourself?

Oluwaseun: I am Fadare oluwaseun. A 200 level Dramatic Art student.

Stage voice: Good to meet you Oluwaseun.

Oluwaseun: Same here.

Stage voice: Can you tell us a little about your work life ?

Oluwaseun: Well I just started selling chin chin recently and people fell in love with it as soon as I started bringing it to the department, but it has not been easy for real because the stuff actually requires time you know before you cut, fry and pack too, there are even times I do bring it to department before packing coz I might running late for class or rehearsals so I would want to catch up. In summary it is stressful and time consuming

I make chin chin almost every day even in the midnight sometimes when I get home late because there have been high demands.

Stage voice:  Wow! That must require a lot of commitment. How are you balancing this with school? Being an entrepreneur no be beans oooo.

Oluwaseun: It is not that hard balancing it with school activities though coz I know how to work with my time. Once we are done with everything in school I don't wait behind to gist since I know I still have things to do and I will try to give myself time to work with after getting home coz I can't possible sit with chin chin all day I still have to read and do some house chores too.

Stage voice: That’s very inspiring. As a student of dramatic arts I’ve not heard about your brand before ooo. How can I get in contact with you, If i want to buy? Do you have a handle?

Oluwaseun: That's why I said I just started. It is not something big for now. I am even surprised to see you in my dm. I have no business handle yet.

Stage voice: So there is no way to get in touch with you? What if I want to buy next week?😭

Oluwaseun: Of course there is a way. I can share my contact and you can always dm me through my WhatsApp.

Stage voice: Well ife drama is not far away. Make sure to do that.I have another question?

Oluwaseun: Sure. What's it?

Stage voice: So can you say that this business has help boost your financial capabilities to an extent?

Oluwaseun: Yes o. Like I even remember I started it because I was broke and I hate being broke although I was doing it before I entered school so I decided to start it then because I don't have to always wait to receive money from home so I can say it has helped a lot.

Stage voice: You are my inspiration ooo 🥺🥺. I too must start a business this year .Who will interview like this😭😭. Are they any entrepreneurs you look up to or admire their resilience in the department?

Oluwaseun: Dey play.

Stage voice: Ahhhhh😂😂😂

Oluwaseun: Yes actually

I have a lot but I don't know their names sha but then I have two of my classmates Zammie and Lizzy.

Stage voice: We’ll shout out to them then.

Oluwaseun: Alright thanks.

Stage voice: Another question.

Oluwaseun: Yes?

Stage voice: If your boyfriend asked you to leave your business that he’ll take care of you and pay all your bills . What would your response be?

Oluwaseun: A capital letter NO.

Stage voice: He will do everything for you ooooo.

Oluwaseun: It doesn't matter and what if he stops someday.

Stage voice: 🤔🤔🤔. Only God is sure Abi? 😂

Oluwaseun: Actually.

Stage voice: Alright then. That’ll be the end of our interview. Thank you so much for your time.
