Stage Voice: Good day, How is your day going?

Daniel: Fine thank you

Stage Voice: Can you introduce yourself?

Daniel: I am Adeomi Daniel, a video editor  and cinematographer in part 2, Dramatic Arts. 

Stage Voice: Wow, how did you acquire these skills?

Daniel: I learned  photography and video editing immediately I left secondary school. But I learned cinematography and vfx ( special effects editing) on YouTube.

Stage Voice: For how long now and how has been the experience? 

Daniel: I have been doing this for the past two years now. And the experience has been fun. I have been able to open my mind creatively and see the world a different way.

Stage Voice: How have you been able to juggle this with your Academics.

Daniel: Good time management skill is very important and learning to make sacrifices when needed. Also, having a priority list is very important.

Stage Voice: Very important points. Noted. Do you believe that media is a male world?

Daniel: No, I believe anyone is free to work in the media space, male or female.

Stage Voice: What are the challenges you have faced in this industry?

Daniel: I think the biggest challenge is finding opportunities. This industry is becoming overcrowded so you have to go the extra mile to promote your self and find opportunities.

Stage Voice: Do you have a brand name? 🤔

Daniel: Yes, I go as BYDAN on all platforms.

Stage Voice: Can you share with us the inspiration behind the name?

Daniel: It is an answer to the question "Who made this video or who made this movie"?

Stage Voice: Pls can you share more light on this?

Daniel: Nothing to say really I just wanted a brand name that is very short and memorable that's all. 

Stage Voice: Cool. Starting a brand, most times, needs capital . How was it for you when  just you started?

Daniel: I had a clear vision and this encouraged my friends and family to support me.

Stage Voice: Have a clear vision so you can have people who will support you around ooh😎, It was so nice having you BYDAN.

Stage Voice : Hi, How are you doing? Janet : Been good jare thanks Stage Voice : Great, how has your experience been as a fresher of Dramatic Arts? Janet : It has been fun, tedious and stressful. At first, I didn't like the way things were but later on I fell in love with the stress. I really love the initiation part, it wasn't easy but it really grinded me. So far Sha I'm loving it. Stage Voice : What was your best part of the initiation process? Janet : The overnights 🥰🥰🥰. For our set, overnight rehearsals weren't allowed but the coordinators had to do it secretly just for us to catch up on things and because of that the coordinators were kinda nice and very playful during this overnight rehearsals that we do. Although it was draining then, we use to look tattered and stressed, most of us even lost a lot of weight and we were not even eating well but the joy and gladness was there.
