Stage Voice: So please, tell us your full name.
Rayo'EL: Motunrayo Ruth Bamiduro
Stage Voice: Alright, Motunrayo How are you doing?
Rayo'EL: Omoooooooo. Let's go with the usual "I'm fine"
Stage Voice: Don't worry... All is well... Let's just keep striving. E go better
Rayo'EL: Laslas
Stage Voice: So Motunrayo, tell us about your business or businesses... Like which business dey bring moolah for you?
Rayo'EL: Okayyyy... Presently I'm a Fashionpreneur. I style, design and tailor both male and female wears. Talk about anything fashion related (from dress to bag, hair Accessories anything style and fashion).
Stage Voice: Agba Fashionpreneur π
Rayo'EL: *upcoming to be precisedπ
Stage Voice: That's nice... You being able to sew both male and female dresses.
Rayo'EL: Yessssss
Stage Voice: So Motunrayo, how did you start this journey of fashion fashion palava? Were you forced by your parents to learn it? Or you just loved sewing naturally?
Rayo'EL: Not at all I wasn't forced. I never even saw myself sawing as at 2018, that was part one.
So when Corona happened and around May/June, 2020, I decided to learn something so as not to just sit at home. After we resumed back the following year, I couldn't continue because of school so I left it. Then last year April during the strike, I went back to my boss and this time better. I took upgrade courses online and I finished my training during the strike. I made sure I paid upgrade courses in Fashion every month and it really helped me. I started sewing commercially during the strike till nowπ. And even made use of the free time to quickly learn a skill…
Stage Voice: This is really motivating... You even took online courses to up skill yourself And not just, unlike others, sitting at home doing nothing. Well done, Motunrayo
Rayo'EL: Yess Upgrade is a must in every skill you're acquiring. The world is evolving and advancing
Stage Voice: "Upgrade is a must in every skill you're acquiring"
Bamiduro (2023).
Rayo'EL: Yes I completed my upgrade in Male's outfit during this election break.
Stage Voice: Always making use of every free time
Rayo'EL: No time o
Stage Voice: Now, Motunrayo, it takes 3 - 4 years for some to learn fashion designing How were you able to learn it not, if calculated, up to 2 years?
Rayo'EL: Right now, you can know how to sew in six months if you're consistent and ready to spend money. What's the essence of learning without practice? But you don't stop learning. My boss that I learnt from uses freehand. I knew I wanted more, so I had to give my money and time more essentially.
Stage Voice: One can know how to sew in 6 months if one is consistent and ready to spend?
Rayo'EL: Yesssss
Stage Voice: Theory without practice they say is barren... If I am right
Rayo'EL: Exactly I even took pattern drafting course and I made sure a week does not pass by without practicing. It wasn't easy though but I tried to be consistent. I'll try all over again when I make mistakes until I get it right.
Stage Voice: You were really in for this. Your zeal no be from here
Rayo'EL: Whatever your hands find doing, do it well!
Stage Voice: Hmmm So do you have any brand name for your fashion designing job?
Rayo'EL: Not yet.. Still trying to put some things in place. But I buss my personal accounts to put few of my works on social media: @rayobamiduro
Stage Voice: Alright no problem So how do you manage this business with school activities and all?
Rayo'EL: It hasn't been easy at all combining academics and business. But thank God for Strength and wisdom to navigate through. I sometimes put sewing on hold when need be so as to focus on reading.
Stage Voice: It's not easy combining both, especially in drama.
Rayo'EL: I know righttttt
Stage Voice: So Motunrayo, can you say, to some extent, that this business has boost your finances?
Rayo'EL: Yes. It has. Even before fashion designing, I started selling chocolates, sweets, cake and all in part one (thanks to GRANDEZA for the support)
Stage Voice: You've been this business-savvy since Part 1

Stage Voice: rayobamiduro sha dey use style style skip questions
Rayo'EL: Yes
Stage Voice: For a person who is financially fine and has nobody to help, would you advise him/her taking a loan? If yes/no, why?
Rayo'EL: No Even if he/she might say it's for business, it's not advisable if there's no stable source of income for refund
Stage Voice: Well, that's thoughtful. But some do say one should be able to go to any length to birth a business? What do you see about that?
Rayo'EL: Not starting with a loan… What if things go south?
Stage Voice: Alrightttt Secondly Are you in a relationship? ππ
Rayo'EL: No…
