FYB OF THE WEEK

Stage Voice: Hi, I'm from Stage Voice. Can we meet you please?

Eric: I'm Sakpere Eric Ogheneovie, an actor in the making, a makeup and hair stylist and a Taekwondo practitioner.

Stage Voice: Opor!!! It's plenri. Do you mind sharing your date of birth?

Eric: Jan 16th

Stage Voice: So tell us, how has it been from your 100lvl days till now?

Eric: It's been fun and a bit cumbersome. You can be the best only If you are determined, and the opposite if you decide so, grateful for the most I have learnt here.

Stage Voice: Do you mind sharing some of your experiences?

Eric: Not at all, going down the memory lane to my initiation days, it was like hell but I got to understand that even for raw gold to become useful it has to go through a burning furnace (training) before it becomes useful.

Stage Voice: So what are your plans after school?

Eric: I plan on going into acting fully, having my own makeover studio and hair salon.

Stage Voice: Wow! Effects of 307 or has it been a long time dream?

Eric: Wouldn't deny the effects of the course, but it has always been things I derive joy in so would say 307 made it more clearer than I could envisage.

Stage Voice: Hmmm. Okay. So why major in Acting?

Eric: As said earlier I'm an actor in the making so I chose this because I'm still learning a lot  in the acting field and you never can tell when opportunity comes by.

Stage Voice: And were you ever tempted to major in any other part of the theatre?

Eric: Yes I was, costume and makeup.

Stage Voice: Wow! What changed?

Eric: My eagerness to know more, I do think to some extent I'm above average when it comes to Costume and Makeup so decided to opt for Acting where I felt I can learn more and perform better.

Stage Voice: Okayyyy. So who was the best person you had worked with during your stay here?

Eric: Mentioning one person would make one part larger than the other, (lol). Been privileged to work with Mrs Ogundeji, Peter Joshua, Esho Jesupelumi, Ojo Joshua, Dare  Jude and Tolu Laloye..learnt a lot from these folks

Stage Voice: And who do you wish you had worked with?

Eric: AOS (Afolabi Opeyemi Samuel) , although I think only my mates and other few might know him, I wished and still wish one day to work with him.

Stage Voice: Okay. This is out of the blue but what do you think about the notion "It's a Man's World"?

Eric: Hmmm....I partially agree with the notion in certain situations because of the way the present society has placed more responsibility and pressure on the male figure. I also disagree seldomly due to situations where you find the female figure doing better and outshining the later.

Stage Voice: So you're skeptical about it?

Eric: Yes ... depending on the "situation" at hand

Stage Voice: Okayyyyy. If given the chance to go back in time to pick a school to study, would you still pick OAU?

Eric: Abeg make I just lie YES...I want to graduate in Peace.

Stage Voice: Lmaoooo.... Sorry for intruding ooo but are you Single, Searching or Ready to Mingle?

Eric: I'm mingling happily already ask Mimah

Stage Voice: Awwwwwwwwwww.... God when? So who would you like to give a shout-out to?

Eric: A big shout-out to God for his grace and everyone who's got my back since day one. The Sakpere's, DJTlalo and Rashford, Kujore, Bobotee, LA Confluenza ,  Afolashade, Taekwondo TEAM, Daniel Laloye , DJ CONDA, Big Wizzy , Opakume and Faith.

Stage Voice: Awwww. Sadly we've come to the end of your interview. We wish you success ahead.

Eric: It's a great honor Madam VP, we go jam for area. Warri their PAPA....Drops Mic
