STAGE VOICE: I'm from stage voice,I hope you don't mind an interview?

 

DANIEL: Nope.

 

STAGE VOICE: Okay thanks....soooo kindly introduce yourself please.

 

DANIEL: My name is Bakare Daniel Adedayo, people call me PrinceWizzy. A part 4 media major, from Lagos state.

 

STAGE VOICE:Nicee prince wizzy,you are a fan of Wizkid?...sounds like you are an artiste.

 

DANIEL:Yeah, sort of. Not an artist per se.

 

STAGE VOICE: Hmm... enlighten us please what do you mean by not an artist per se?

 

[DANIEL: You know I've had nicknames given to me by my classmates over the course of our academic pursuits. Just thinking about some makes me laugh.

 

STAGE VOICE: Would you like to share the story?

no judgements boss.

 

DANIEL: Just one. I had this nick that didn't really stick tho "MTN" was called that by Olamide "lala" cusi was always popping up wherever she at the department; disturbing her...

 Okay nah

 

STAGE VOICE: Hmmm... disturbing her? you had a crush on her? Or … So that is a yes?

 

DANIEL: LOL. What do you think?

 

STAGE VOICE: Hmm scope.

So apart from school what other things do you do?

 

DANIEL: Not so much, just about to begin a new phase, so taking it one day at a time "The only easy day was Yesterday" yunno

 

STAGE VOICE: Okay so what is life like outside school?

 

DANIEL: Got a couple of things lined up already, it's going smoothly for now. Like I said "The only easy day..."

 But ultimately the goal is to either be a sailor with the US Navy or a Marine in USMC, whichever works fine for me… Sounds like I'm reaching?

 

STAGE VOICE: Wow that's quite ambiguous so how's that working out?

 

DANIEL: Pretty fine so far, covid and your government's handling of education delayed by a bit, person no dey grow any younger.

 

STAGE VOICE: Hmm! covid spoiled a lot actually. goodlucktho.

 

DANIEL: Yeah, thank you.

 

STAGE VOICE: So what's your view on the department?

 

DANIEL: Hmm...

You know... Dem don dey use some kind eye look LOOVUS already, so I'll just say; it can be a whole lot better than it is right now.

 

STAGE VOICE: Tell us are you single or the Lord is in control.

 

DANIEL: Lol.

Isn't the lord in control of the affairs of man?

 

STAGE VOICE: He sure is but share with us the work of God.

 

DANIEL: Well the work of our lord is a BA linguistics student.

 

STAGE VOICE: Isn't the Lord wonderful? Extend our greetings.

 

DANIEL: He does great things; he's praised...

 

STAGE VOICE: What do you think people think about you?

 

DANIEL: I doubt that I have the time to think about me at all. The fact is I'm barely social, don't stay around people much, so I can't really say anything about what people might think about me.

 

STAGE VOICE: What have you learnt so far from the department?

 

DANIEL:No matter how difficult it might be to do or start something new, as long as you have the will to, you can succeed, with your will, zeal; and people who support you no matter what, everything will be a success when you believe in yourself With the right attitude and the  right people around you, there isn't nothing you can't achieve.

 

STAGE VOICE:  How does it feel to be a final year student?

 

DANIEL: It feels amazing, it's a time where there's this rush of emotions and feelings, like alright; what's next after now? It's finally time to rest from school stress and all, it feels electric to finally be a final year student.

 

STAGE VOICE: Nice meeting you.

 

DANIEL:  Same here.

 

STAGE VOICE: Any special shoutouts?

 

DANIEL: Yeah, one to my guys, Dino_dee, Osaka, Mc Sammy G, Oba Okun, Odildo (she gets the joke) Fraggie baby ❣️❣️

Stage Voice : Hi, How are you doing? Janet : Been good jare thanks Stage Voice : Great, how has your experience been as a fresher of Dramatic Arts? Janet : It has been fun, tedious and stressful. At first, I didn't like the way things were but later on I fell in love with the stress. I really love the initiation part, it wasn't easy but it really grinded me. So far Sha I'm loving it. Stage Voice : What was your best part of the initiation process? Janet : The overnights 🥰🥰🥰. For our set, overnight rehearsals weren't allowed but the coordinators had to do it secretly just for us to catch up on things and because of that the coordinators were kinda nice and very playful during this overnight rehearsals that we do. Although it was draining then, we use to look tattered and stressed, most of us even lost a lot of weight and we were not even eating well but the joy and gladness was there.
